We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from both your device and our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Instagram doesn't share profile view data with any third-party apps - anyone claiming otherwise is misleading you. What we CAN show you is who followed/unfollowed you and who your tracked accounts followed/unfollowed.
We check for new activity in the background and notify you when there's something new - either through a push notification or the in-app banner. We recommend only syncing when the app lets you know there's new activity. This keeps your account safe and avoids excessive requests to Instagram.
Instagram requires authentication to access follower data. By logging in, you give the app permission to see the same information you see when browsing Instagram - your followers, who you follow, and public profile information.
No. We only access publicly available information (their follower/following counts and lists). We don't interact with their account in any way - no follows, likes, views, or messages. There's no way for them to know you're tracking their activity.

If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase (e.g., after reinstalling the app or switching devices):

Instagram sessions expire periodically for security reasons. Simply tap "Reconnect" and log in again. Note: Don't reconnect too frequently (multiple times per day) as this can flag your account for automated activity.

Depending on the number of followers, syncing with Instagram can take some time. Keep the app open in the foreground and be patient - we're fetching all your data as quickly as Instagram allows. Larger accounts may take a few minutes to fully sync.
This can happen if you disconnect and reconnect too frequently. We recommend:

Go to Settings > Disconnect Instagram. This will log you out and clear your session, but keep your historical data. You can reconnect anytime.
Yes! Subscribers can track multiple Instagram accounts. Go to the Tracking tab and tap "Add Account" to add more accounts to monitor.
