Web subscriptions

You can get a refund for a web subscription within 14 days of purchase. To request one, write to support@trynosy.com with the email address you used to subscribe, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Paddle.com is our merchant of record for web purchases, so Paddle issues the refund.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, under their own refund processes.

Cancelling a subscription

• App Store or Google Play: cancel in your subscription settings in that store.
• Web subscriptions: use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Cancelling stops future renewals.
